Jaye completed her training in Level 1Kundalini Yoga in 2006 with Gurujivan Kaur and Pregnancy Yoga / Mums and Bubs at Samadhi with Katie Spears the same year. Jaye completed Conscious Pregnancy speciality training with Tarn Taran Kaur and has completed level I Radiant Child Yoga.

Jaye has been supporting women through their pregnancies, birth and beyond for over 12 years in her role as a Massage Therapist, where she also teaches Birth Support Massage techniques and Baby Massage. Her classes are both provoking and challenging to bring you emotional balance, physical strength and inner endurance.

After being in the corporate world for 20 years and a wife and mother of three daughters, I completed my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 in New Mexico under the guidance of Yogi Bhajan. I fell in love with Kundalini Yoga and meditation. I couldn’t believe the beauty and the power of it. I studied intensely, completing Level 2 modules, becoming a Professional Teacher Trainer Level 1, a Conscious Pregnancy Teacher Trainer and President of KYTANZ (Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association).

Teaching Kundalini Yoga is a great joy. I believe this sacred technology has been given to us as a gift to lift us up, to support us as we move into a new age. I want to share it with as many people as possible.

I was born in Brazil, I'm 35 years old and living in Australia for the past 6 years. With a background of Martial Arts and Eastern philosophy. I started practicing yoga when I was 18 years of age and have been teaching Kundalini Yoga for the past 14 years.

I love life and I believe that everyone has the right to get to know their true self!!

Harsukh Kaur is based in Sydney but believes wherever her heart is, is her home. Harsukh means "love and peace" and her Kundalini yoga classes are always heart centred, supportive, encouraging, with an element of playfulness.
She loves exploring her inner spiritual world and the outer physical world, which is expressed by her travelling!

As a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, she's excited about sharing the ancient knowledge with the modern world and is passionate about healing. She is a spiritual tourist - a spiritual being born as a human being.

Kathryn is a qualified teacher of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and trained with SKY in London (KRI Level 1),ANS in France (KRI Level 2). She has taught at studios throughout London,including Triyoga and Alchemy,privately and on workshops and retreats worldwide.

Kathryn is passionate about inspiring people to find peace and balance within their lives and to awaken their confidence to experience their life’s true purpose.

Her background as a professional singer and musician informs her approach to her teaching with an emphasis on the joyful and uplifting benefits of sound.Kathryn aims to support people in discovering and awakening their creative potential and intuitive voice through the powerful technology of Kundalini Yoga, combining movement, breath, mantras, chants, meditation, and deep Gong relaxation.
